Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 1-month free trial of Pro. You are not charged during the trial, and nothing renews automatically when it ends: your workspace simply moves to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
Billing
Pro is billed monthly, in advance, through our payment provider. Prices are shown on our pricing page and include the features listed there.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time. Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your documents stay in your workspace on the Free plan.
Refunds
If DocStash Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. After 14 days, charges are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop future charges.

Email us from the address on your account with the workspace name, and we will reply within 2 business days: hello@docstash.ai.
