  • Cursor writes HTML as a file in your project. Showing it to someone usually means running it locally or deploying it.
  • Cursor itself doesn't host the page or give it a link.
  • Connect Cursor to DocStash and it publishes the page to one link, private until you share it, with every version kept.

Cursor builds pages as files in your project. To show one to a teammate or a client, you need a link, not a repo. Here is the quickest way to get one.

Publish or share it on DocStash

DocStash hosts the pages and docs your AI makes. Cursor connects to DocStash over MCP in one click, so it can save a page itself. You get one link that stays private until you share it, opens in any browser, and keeps every version.

Already have the HTML?

  1. Drop the file below. Drag it anywhere on this page, or choose it. It becomes a webpage with its own link, private until you publish it.
    htmlmdtextpdf
  2. Share it. Click Publish for a public link, or share it with specific people.

Let Cursor publish it

  1. Connect Cursor to DocStash. Click the button below. It opens Cursor and adds DocStash, then click Install and Authenticate.
  2. Ask Cursor to create the page on DocStash. Say "publish this page to DocStash". Cursor shows a preview right in the chat. Click Stash and you get a link like docstash.ai/<slug>, private until you share it.
  3. Share the link. Make it public, or invite people by email. A public link opens in any browser, no account needed.
  4. Keep building in Cursor. Ask for changes and stash again. The link stays the same and opens the newest version.

FAQ

Can Cursor publish a page by itself?

No. Cursor writes the HTML into your project. To give it a link, you run it locally, deploy it somewhere, or save it to DocStash.

Does Cursor show a preview first?

Yes. Cursor 2.6 and later shows the page right in the chat. Click Stash in the preview to save it.

Can I share a page without connecting Cursor?

Yes. Drop the HTML file into DocStash in your browser and you get the same kind of link.

What can Cursor publish to DocStash?

A single-page HTML site, interactive ones included, plus PDFs and Markdown files. Each opens at its own link in the browser.

Can Cursor update the page later?

Yes. Ask Cursor for a change and stash again. The link stays the same, and every earlier version stays in the history.

Do I have to deploy Cursor HTML or artifacts to share them?

No. There is no server, build step or hosting account to set up. Stash the page or artifact and DocStash serves it at one link, private until you publish or share it.

Share what Cursor builds
