  • OpenCode writes HTML as files in your project, and it has no built-in way to publish a page.
  • Connected to DocStash, OpenCode returns a review link you open in your browser, since a terminal can't show a preview.
  • Tell OpenCode to stash and you get one link, private until you share it, with every version kept.

You want a link for the HTML page OpenCode built, not a file. Stash it to DocStash and it's live at a shareable URL in a couple of steps.

Publish or share it on DocStash

DocStash is a home for the pages your AI makes. It turns OpenCode's HTML into a live page with one link, private until you publish it, with no server, no build step, and no hosting account. Upload the HTML you already have, or connect OpenCode and let it publish the page for you.

Already have the HTML?

  1. Drop the file below. Drag it anywhere on this page, or choose it. It becomes a webpage with its own link, private until you publish it.
    htmlmdtextpdf
  2. Share it. Click Publish for a public link, or share it with specific people.

Let OpenCode publish it

  1. Connect OpenCode to DocStash. Click the button below and follow the quick setup. No API keys.
  2. Ask OpenCode to create the page. Say something like "host this as a page on DocStash". OpenCode is a terminal agent, so instead of an inline preview it returns a review link you open in your browser. Nothing is saved yet.
  3. Review it, then stash. Open the review link, and when the page looks right, tell OpenCode to stash. That saves the page and gives you a stable link like docstash.ai/<slug>. It stays private until you make it public in one click.
  4. Iterate, at the same link. Ask OpenCode for any change and it pushes a new version to the same URL, so the link never changes. Prefer an earlier take? Revert to any previous version with one click.

FAQ

Does OpenCode have a publish feature?

No. OpenCode writes pages into your project as files. To show one to someone, it has to be hosted somewhere, such as DocStash.

How do I connect OpenCode to DocStash?

Ask OpenCode to add DocStash as a remote MCP server, then sign in from its MCP panel or by running "opencode mcp auth DocStash" in a terminal.

Does the link change when OpenCode edits the page?

No. Every edit is a new version at the same URL, and older versions stay reachable so you can revert.

Why a review link instead of an inline preview?

OpenCode runs in the terminal, which can't render an inline widget. DocStash returns a review link so you still see the exact page before you stash it.

Does this work with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools?

Yes. DocStash works with any MCP-aware assistant, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, and Codex.

Do I have to deploy OpenCode HTML or artifacts to share them?

No. There is no server, build step or hosting account to set up. Stash the page or artifact and DocStash serves it at one link, private until you publish or share it.
